Cindy Farrar
Cindy Farrar is the front desk receptionist, checking in and scheduling patients, maintaining up-to-date patient records, answering phones, filing, checking insurance status for new patients, and seeing that the patient flow runs smoothly. Her friendly and pleasant demeanor immediately makes the patients feel welcome and comfortable as soon as they walk through the door. When not at work, Cindy enjoys spending time with her family and traveling with her husband. She enjoys gardening and reading in her spare time. Cindy initially worked in our office in 2012-2013, at which time she married and moved out-of-state. Upon returning to Kentucky in 2021, we were excited to have her rejoin the practice.
Suzie Carty
Suzie Carty is the X-Ray Technician for the office, joining the practice in 2015. She takes x-rays and develops the film then prepares for Dr. O’Brien to view. She also does new patient and re-exam intakes, obtains prior authorizations for patient visits, and checks status of the patient insurances. Suzie oversees the active and passive therapies in the office, working directly with the patient to educate and instruct on use of the various machines available. In her time away from the office she enjoys spending time with family. She loves fishing, hunting and camping, as well as traveling. Suzie attended Morehead State University where she received an Associate of Applied Sciences in Radiology.
